On a bright sunny morning, we decided to take a hike up to the Timpanogos Cave in Utah. I was worried about the heat and about 1300 ft. elevation gain in under 1.3 miles.
It took us about an hour to go up. I felt really good considering so many things I was worried about. As it turns out, the Wasatch Mountains remain pretty cool even if the city has a temperature way over the 90s.
The cave was pretty cool too – the tour was educational and very interesting. The cave is kept as untouched as possible and I believe we did experience quite an authentic cave.
